The situation
Hospitals depend on information moving quickly between registration, consultation, diagnostics, wards, pharmacy and billing. When these departments use disconnected systems or paper registers, patients wait longer, reports go missing and billing disputes grow. We build software that follows the patient through each department and keeps clinical and financial records consistent.
We work with OPD and IPD workflows, imaging systems that use PACS and DICOM, laboratory interfaces and billing for cash, insurance and TPA cases. We also build patient-facing tools such as appointment booking, vaccination drive registration and course registration for clinical training. We treat patient data with care and design access controls around clinical roles.

Questions from healthcare teams
Do you replace our existing hospital information system?
Not necessarily. We often build modules that fill gaps around an existing HIS, such as imaging access, patient portals or reporting. A full replacement is discussed only when the current system cannot be extended.
How do you handle patient data?
We apply role-based access, encrypted connections, audit logging and regular backups, and we design systems with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in mind. Hosting location and data retention are agreed with you before any build starts.
Can your software connect to ABDM?
We can plan ABDM integration, including ABHA creation and linking health records, as part of a project. ABDM integration requires registration and sandbox testing with the national programme, so timelines depend on that process.
