Subharti IT Solutions Discuss your project

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.

Scope

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy applies to the Subharti IT Solutions website at it1.subharti.org and to the information you submit through it. It does not cover software or systems we build or operate for clients, which are governed by separate agreements.

What this website collects

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry or support form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your business email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • Your organisation name
  • Budget and timeline, if you choose to provide them
  • The project description or message you write

Information collected automatically

  • Campaign source parameters, such as UTM tags in the link you used to reach the site, so we can understand which channels bring inquiries.
  • Technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, which we use for security and rate limiting.
  • Cookies, as described in our Cookie policy.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry or support request and to follow up on it.
  • To prepare proposals, estimates or agreements you have asked for.
  • To understand which channels and campaigns lead to inquiries.
  • To protect the website from abuse, spam and attacks, including by limiting repeated submissions.
  • To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not use the information you submit for purposes unrelated to your inquiry without informing you.

Legal basis and consent

We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the rules made under it, as they apply. When you submit a form, we process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form after being shown a notice explaining how we will use it. Some processing, such as keeping security logs, may rely on other grounds permitted by law.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it, and we may be unable to continue responding to your inquiry without the information.

Retention

We keep inquiry and support records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for any related engagement. After that, we delete them on your request or as part of periodic reviews, unless we need to keep them to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted or overwritten.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as email providers and hosting providers, and only to the extent they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a lawful request from an authority.

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside India, subject to any restrictions that apply under Indian law.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses essential cookies needed for it to work, such as session and security cookies. Analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, are used only if we enable them and, where required, only after you give consent through the cookie banner. See our Cookie policy for details and for how to change your choice.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, prepared database queries and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident, including notifying affected people and authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and updating of data.
  • Erasure of data that is no longer needed or for which you withdraw consent.
  • Grievance redressal, by raising a complaint with us and, if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Nomination of another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
