Website Design and Development
Websites and portals that are easy to use, update and maintain
Design, development and upkeep of institutional and business websites, portals and custom PHP web applications.

Who this is for
Your website is often the first place a prospective student, patient or client checks before they call. We design and build websites and portals for universities, hospitals, law firms, retailers and corporate teams, with clear navigation, accurate content and pages that load quickly on the mobile networks most visitors in India actually use.
Many organisations are working with an ageing site that is hard to edit, slow on phones or built on a theme nobody fully understands. We help you plan what the site needs to do, rebuild or modernise it on a maintainable stack, and hand over a content workflow your own staff can manage without calling a developer for every change.
What we deliver
- Corporate websites
- Multi-page sites for companies and institutions covering services, departments, people, news and contact routes, built on a structure your team can extend.
- Enterprise portals
- Logged-in portals for staff, students, patients or partners, with role-based access, document libraries, notices and forms tied to your internal processes.
- Custom PHP applications
- Web applications written in PHP and MySQL for registrations, bookings, approvals or records, built to run on standard hosting your IT team already understands.
- E-commerce development
- Online stores and fee or order payment flows with catalogue management, GST-ready invoices and integration with Indian payment gateways that support UPI and cards.
- Responsive web design
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops, tested on real devices and on slower connections rather than only on a fast office network.
- Website modernization
- Moving an outdated site to a current stack, restructuring content, fixing broken links and redirects, and removing plugins or code that no longer serve a purpose.
- Performance optimization
- Reducing page weight, compressing images, caching and trimming scripts so pages render faster and server load stays manageable during admission or campaign peaks.
- Website maintenance
- Ongoing content updates, security patches, backups and small feature changes handled under an agreed scope so the site does not drift out of date.
What changes for your organisation
Content your staff can edit
Editors update notices, pages and listings through a simple admin panel without needing to touch code.
Faster pages on mobile
Lighter pages mean visitors on 4G or patchy connections can find what they need before giving up.
A codebase others can maintain
We use common, documented technologies so the site is not locked to one developer's knowledge.
Clearer routes to enquiry
Forms, phone numbers and next steps are placed where visitors look for them, which makes it easier for them to reach you.

Questions about website design and development
What affects the cost of a website project?
The main drivers are the number of unique page templates, custom features such as portals or payment flows, integrations with other systems, and how much content needs to be written or migrated. A short discovery conversation lets us give you a scoped estimate rather than a generic figure.
What do we need to provide?
We need a point of contact who can make decisions, your brand assets, access to the current site and hosting, and content or subject experts who can approve text. Delays in content approval are the most common reason website timelines slip.
Who owns the website and source code after launch?
You do. We hand over the source code, database, admin accounts and domain or hosting credentials registered in your organisation's name, so you can move to another provider in future if you choose.
Can you host the website for us?
Yes, we can arrange and manage hosting, or deploy to hosting you already use. We will recommend an option based on expected traffic, security needs and who should hold the hosting account.
What happens after the site goes live?
We usually include a short stabilisation period to fix issues found after launch. After that, ongoing updates, backups and security patching can continue under a maintenance arrangement with an agreed scope.
